Often the Composer snapshot would miss something and it would be back to the start, erase the Mac and try again. Add a Post install script to it. It is more work to create separate policies etc to deploy it though. That worked, but I was hoping to avoid doing so. This increases the overall time of the full install but decreases the GB used each time, as it puts the high priority ones in first, then has to wait for the next heartbeat to check for the next priority ones, and so on.
